Since 2007, Paul Hoffmann, the son of the company’s founder, is the second generation to manage PROTEC as a family-run business. He inherited his passion for technology from his father.
Paul Hoffmann is a certified engineer (Dipl.Ing., Technical University Vienna) in mechanical engineering and management with experience in national and international companies of various sizes and in a range of industries.
His personal passion is to analyse customer processes and optimise them using innovative and sustainable PROTEC solutions. Paul Hoffmann: “PROTEC offers innovative products. The success is based on partnerships with customers, retailers and suppliers. It goes without saying that each PROTEC employee cherishes said partnerships. Stability and reliability are our top priority.”
Today, Hans Hoffmann, founder of PROTEC, concentrates on research and development.
Many decades of experience in the welding industry, well-founded technical expertise and an his unstoppable inventive spirit drive him to developing many genius solutions and products as well as improve countless processes. Numerous PROTEC patents underline this.
Hans Hoffmann was awarded the Kaplan Medal in honour of his inventions.
