The functioning principle of the Cleaning Station PROTEC TCS is the following: the wire runs in between felt twin discs and thereby gets cleaned.

The differential discs are stepwise turned by a drive engine. Therefore the differential ring surface shows the condition of the felt disk’s surface, which allows permanent control during the process. (Method for PROTEC patent)

Tribo cleaner WIRE BALM PROTEC WLS is dripped on the first twin disc and disintegrates residues and contaminations on the wire surface. The second twin disc does main cleaning work and removes WIRE BALM surplus. A minimum film of WIRE BALM is left in order to maintain favourable friction coefficients!

Life time of felt discs is up to 1 million meters wire feet rate!

Wire to utmost perfection is produced by application of WIRE BALM PROTEC WLS for cleaning and finishing in one step at the TRIBO CLEANING STATION PROTEC TCS.

Suitable for any wire quality ex: SG2, SG3, 1.4370, high-alloyed wire, CuSi 3,cold wire for Laser, Plasma and WIG welding. Not adapted for ALUMINIUM!
