WELDING WIRE-BALM PROTEC WLS04 is a contact lubricant for wetting wire electrodes for MAG welding and MIG brazing.
WLS04 removes drawing oil residues, cleans and lubricates (minimum lubrication), ensuring constantly stable conditions
Suitable for all common wire electrodes, not suitable for aluminum

Highest process stability due to a constant friction coefficient and contact resistance
Simplified startup which also prevents ignition faults and burnbacks
Prevention of micro arcs in the tip
Reduction of diffusible hydrogen in welded goods

Spray WELDING WIRE-BALM PROTEC WLS04 onto special felt pad (PROTEC Bio-Felt Pad, perforated) and attach onto the wire electrode in front of the feeder using the PROTEC Power Clip.
To remove soiling or any residues and overdose attach another dry felt pat after the first (tandem procedure).
Rule of thumb for dosage: add dosage (1-2 ccm) of WLS04 once per work shift

CAUTION: Install new liner prior to initial use!
