Properties of ECO-System

• Refillable spray system, designed for use with PROTEC Bio Anti-Spatter Fluids
• Particularly fine spraying result, economic application

The system consists of an ECO sprayer and an ECO air station or a fully automatic ECO filling station.

 

ECO-Sprayer

 

Manual filling: Fill fluid into the container from above until about half full (300ml), screw valve shut, add pressurized air via ECO air station with foot valve.Automatic filling: The correct amounts of fluid and compressed air are added with the ECO filling station in one work step.The ECO SPRAYER can be used to spray in any position.The ECO SPRAYER includes 1 spare valve and 3 spare sprayheads, which are also available separately from our replacement part range.

 

PROTEC ECO AIR STATION

The ECO AIR STATION is used to fill the ECO SPRAYER with compressed air.

To fill the ECO SPRAYER (after having added the fluid) press it onto the ECO AIR STATION.

 

After the filling process is completed, the valve will close automatically.

 

PROTEC ECO Filling Station

The PROTEC ECO Filling Station is used to fill the ECO Sprayer with fluid and compressed air in one work step and with the right quanti-ty for maximum reach. The filling process takes place via the sprayer foot valve and takes just a few seconds.

 

A 10-liter canister of PROTEC fluids is connected to the station with the suction hose and compressed air is connected via the plug nipple.
